Terms of Service

Last updated: April 28, 2026

By accessing or using Woogoro (the "Service"), operated at woogoro.com, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding contract between you and Woogoro LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company ("Woogoro," "we," "us," or "our"), with its principal place of business at 17064 Laurelmont Court, Fort Mill, SC 29707. All disclaimers, limitations of liability, and protections in these Terms apply to Woogoro LLC, its members, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that (a) you are 18 or older, (b) you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and (c) your use of the Service will not violate any applicable law. The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information to us, contact privacy@woogoro.com and we will delete it.

2. What Woogoro Does

Woogoro provides cost estimates, quote analysis, and pricing guides for home services (roofing, HVAC, plumbing, solar, and others), auto repair services (brake jobs, transmission work, engine repair, and others), medical billing analysis (hospital bills, EOBs, and healthcare invoices), legal fee analysis (retainer agreements, fee agreements, and attorney invoices), and moving company estimates (local moves, long-distance moves, packing, and specialty items). Our tools use publicly available data including Medicare reimbursement rates, AI analysis, and user-submitted documents to generate estimates and comparisons.

3. Estimates Are Not Guarantees

All pricing information, cost estimates, quote analyses, verdicts, and recommendations provided by Woogoro are estimates only. They are not appraisals, guarantees, or professional advice. Actual costs vary based on factors including but not limited to: local labor rates, material and parts availability, job complexity, contractor or shop overhead, seasonal demand, property-specific conditions, and for auto repair, vehicle year/make/model, OEM versus aftermarket versus remanufactured parts, and shop type (dealership, independent, or chain).

Woogoro does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any estimate. You should always obtain multiple contractor quotes and verify all pricing independently before making purchasing decisions.

For medical bill analysis: Woogoro compares charges against published Medicare reimbursement rates and identifies potential billing errors. This analysis is informational only and does not constitute medical billing advice, insurance claims advice, or legal advice. Always contact your insurance provider and healthcare facility's billing department directly to resolve billing disputes.

Woogoro uses artificial intelligence to analyze uploaded documents. AI analysis may produce errors, miss information, or misinterpret charges. You should independently verify all findings before taking action. Woogoro does not guarantee that its analysis will identify all billing errors or overcharges.

For legal fee analysis: Woogoro compares attorney rates against published bar association fee surveys and industry data. This analysis is informational only and does not constitute legal advice, attorney referral, or endorsement of any attorney or law firm. Woogoro is not a lawyer referral service. Always consult with a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction for legal advice.

For moving estimate analysis: Woogoro compares moving company rates against industry averages by region, move type, and home size. This analysis is informational only and does not constitute a binding estimate, endorsement of any moving company, or guarantee of service quality. Always verify a mover's USDOT number, insurance, and reviews independently before signing a contract.

When you use our analysis tools, anonymized billing metadata (amounts, CPT codes, facility types, geographic region) is captured to improve our pricing benchmarks over time. No personal information, patient names, or document contents are retained. You may see aggregate insights such as "others in your area paid X for this service" derived from this anonymized data.

Verdicts and comparisons are opinions, not statements of fact. All Woogoro verdicts, comparison labels, scores, flags, and characterizations (including but not limited to "Higher Than Expected," "Notably Above Median," "May Be Notably Above Median," "Above Benchmark," or any indicator that a charge differs from comparison data) are statements of opinion based on Woogoro's algorithmic analysis of available benchmark data. They are not statements of fact, not accusations of wrongdoing, fraud, or malpractice, and not determinations that any contractor, repair shop, attorney, healthcare provider, moving company, or other service provider has overcharged, defrauded, or harmed any user. Reasonable people may disagree with our methodology or conclusions. Pricing comparisons are matters of public concern and constitute protected speech under the First Amendment and applicable anti-SLAPP statutes (including those of California, Texas, New York, Florida, and other states).

Limits of our comparison data. Woogoro's comparisons reflect only the benchmark data available to us at the time of your analysis (which may include federal data sources, public industry surveys, and verified user submissions). Many factors that affect a fair price for any specific job, bill, or matter are not captured in our data, including local market dynamics, scope complexity, provider experience, urgency, materials availability, contractual terms, insurance arrangements, and many others. A verdict indicating that a charge appears higher than median or above benchmark is therefore necessarily limited and provisional. It is not a determination of what is fair, reasonable, or legally permissible, and it is not a finding that any service provider has done anything wrong.

4. Methodology

For transparency, here is exactly how Woogoro generates auto repair, home services, and other cost estimates. We believe users deserve to know the inputs behind any number we show.

Auto repair labor pricing. Labor rates are derived from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics (OEWS) survey, May 2024 release, occupation code SOC 49-3023 (Automotive Service Technicians and Mechanics). We use the published mean or median hourly mechanic wage for each Metropolitan Statistical Area, then apply industry-standard shop overhead multipliers (approximately 3.0x for independent shops, 3.5x for chain shops, and 4.5x for dealerships) to arrive at the customer-facing labor rate. Where no MSA data exists for a user's location, we fall back to the state median wage, then to the national median.

Auto repair labor hours. Labor hour ranges are seeded from industry-typical values for each repair category. These are estimates of how long an average mechanic spends on an average vehicle in average condition. Modified, lifted, rusted, salvage-title, or non-stock vehicles often take significantly longer.

Auto repair parts pricing. Parts are priced from industry-typical retail ranges by tier: Aftermarket (third-party brands), OEM (original equipment manufacturer in plain packaging), Dealer/Genuine (the same OEM part in automaker-branded packaging at a 30-60% markup), and Remanufactured (factory-rebuilt cores). Auto parts are mostly nationally-distributed commodities, so a brake caliper costs roughly the same in San Francisco as in rural Georgia. We apply only about 25% of the local geographic factor to parts pricing (capturing shop-markup variance and local fees) rather than the full mechanic wage delta we apply to labor.

Shop supplies, taxes, and fees. Shop supplies are estimated at approximately 6% of labor (industry standard). Sales tax is computed using each state's sales tax rate applied to parts and supplies. Hazmat, disposal, refrigerant recovery, and environmental fees are added per repair category where applicable. Diagnostic fees, towing, programming charges, and after-hours premiums are NOT included in our totals.

Crowdsourced calibration (the flywheel). When users submit real shop quotes through Woogoro analysis tools, we anonymize the data (price, repair type, city, state, vehicle category -- no personal information) and aggregate it into a per-metro per-repair calibration store. When at least 3 real user quotes exist for a specific repair in a specific metro, we display the real average alongside our seeded estimate so users can see how the benchmark compares to actual local prices.

Home services and other verticals. Similar methodologies apply: federal labor data where available, industry-typical material and parts ranges, regional adjustments, and crowdsourced calibration from user-submitted quotes. Methodology specifics vary by vertical and are continuously refined.

What our estimates are NOT. Our estimates are benchmarks, not appraisals. They are not insurance appraisals, court-admissible expert opinions, binding quotes, or substitutes for licensed professional assessments. They should not be used as the sole basis for legal disputes, insurance claims, warranty contests, or major financial decisions. Always obtain at least three quotes from licensed local professionals.

DIY safety. Where Woogoro offers a "DIY parts only" mode for auto repair, the displayed savings reflect parts cost alone. They do not account for the value of your time, the cost of specialized tools, EPA certifications required for refrigerant work, or the safety risks of attempting repairs you are not qualified to perform. Brakes, fuel systems, suspension, airbag systems, and load-bearing components carry serious safety risk when done incorrectly. Know your limits.

5. Data Sources, Recency, and Limitations

Federal labor data. Auto repair labor rates are derived from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics (OEWS) survey, currently the May 2024 release. BLS publishes this data annually. Between releases, the figures may not reflect the latest market conditions, wage movements, or local labor shortages.

Industry-typical seed data. Labor hour ranges, parts pricing tiers, and method comparisons are seeded from published industry surveys, trade publications, manufacturer catalogs, and our own research. They are estimates of typical conditions for typical projects on typical vehicles or homes. Modified, lifted, rusted, salvage-title, historic, or otherwise non-stock items will not match these defaults.

Crowdsourced calibration. Crowdsourced averages are not independently verified, may be biased by self-selection, and may include data months or years old. They are presented as additional context, not as authoritative pricing.

AI-generated extraction. AI extraction can produce errors including missing line items, misreading numbers, hallucinating fields, or misclassifying services. Always cross-reference our extracted data against the original document before relying on it.

Federal license verification (FMCSA, state contractor boards). When we verify a moving company's USDOT number against the FMCSA SAFER database, or a contractor's license against a state licensing board, we are confirming federal or state registration ONLY. We are NOT endorsing the company's quality, safety, honesty, professionalism, or fitness for your project.

6. Not Professional Advice

Woogoro does not provide professional contracting, automotive, mechanical, medical, legal, engineering, architectural, or financial advice. Our tools are informational only and are generated by artificial intelligence, which may produce errors. We do not recommend, endorse, or guarantee any specific contractor, repair shop, healthcare provider, attorney, or other service provider. Any "best value" signals, scores, verdicts, or comparisons are algorithmic assessments based on available data, not professional recommendations. You should not rely solely on Woogoro analysis when making financial, medical, or legal decisions.

Not the practice of law. Woogoro is not engaged in the practice of law in any U.S. state. Pricing comparison and fee analysis are not the practice of law as defined under any state's regulations, including but not limited to California (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 6125), New York (N.Y. Judiciary Law § 478), Texas (Tex. Gov't Code § 81.101), Florida (Fla. Bar Rule 10-2.1), and the equivalent statutes of every other U.S. state and the District of Columbia. Woogoro does not draft legal documents for users, give specific legal advice on any user's matter, recommend or refer attorneys, rate attorneys, hold itself out as a law firm, or make any determination about the legal merits of any matter. Woogoro is not a "lawyer referral service" under any state's lawyer-referral-service statute (including Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 6155 et seq., Tex. Occ. Code Chapter 952, and Fla. Bar Rule 4-7.22). For specific legal advice on your matter, consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.

Not the practice of medicine. Woogoro is not engaged in the practice of medicine in any U.S. state. Medical bill analysis is the comparison of charges against published benchmark rates; it is not diagnosis, treatment recommendation, prescription, prognosis, medical referral, or any other regulated medical activity under the medical practice acts of any state (including the California Medical Practice Act, N.Y. Education Law Article 131, the Texas Medical Practice Act, Fla. Stat. Chapter 458, and the equivalent statutes of every other U.S. state). Woogoro does not recommend, endorse, refer, rate, or guarantee any healthcare provider. For specific medical advice, consult a licensed clinician in your jurisdiction.

7. Contractor, Shop, and Provider Information

Contractor names, auto repair shop names, moving company names, scores, and information displayed on Woogoro are derived from user-submitted quotes and publicly available data. Woogoro does not verify contractor licenses, mechanic certifications, moving company USDOT/MC numbers, shop insurance, bonding, or qualifications. We do not employ, supervise, or control any contractors, repair shops, or moving companies. Any decision to hire a service provider is solely your responsibility.

Contractor and shop scores, rankings, and tier designations (where shown) are algorithmic assessments based on available data and represent the opinion of Woogoro. They are not endorsements or guarantees of quality. Contractors or shops who believe listed information about their business is inaccurate may submit a correction request to corrections@woogoro.com. We will acknowledge the request within 3 business days and respond with a fix, explanation, or decision within 14 days. Contractors who do not wish to be listed at all may request complete removal, which we will honor within 14 days of a verified request from the business owner.

Woogoro does not operate a public contractor scoring directory with named business tier designations at this time. Any future contractor directory will be opt-in only, subject to a separate Contractor Participation Agreement that includes binding arbitration, and will display only information the contractor has consented to have shown.

Woogoro acts as an interactive computer service as defined in 47 U.S.C. § 230. Content submitted by users reflects the opinions of those users, not Woogoro.

8. User-Submitted Content

When you upload a quote, submit a review, submit a contractor recommendation, enter shop pricing for comparison, or provide feedback, you grant Woogoro a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, aggregate, anonymize, and display that data to improve our pricing models, generate aggregate statistics, build shop pricing databases, and operate the Service. This license survives termination.

You represent and warrant that (a) any content you submit is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge, (b) you have the right to submit it, (c) it does not infringe any third party's rights, and (d) it is not defamatory, fraudulent, or misleading. You will not submit fabricated quotes, fake reviews, fake recommendations, or intentionally misleading pricing information. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

Contractor recommendations. The contractor recommendations feature allows users to share positive experiences with contractors and service providers. All recommendations are unverified, user-submitted opinions. Woogoro does not verify, endorse, rank, or guarantee any contractor or service provider listed in user recommendations. Woogoro does not curate, sort by popularity, or editorially select which recommendations appear. Recommendations are displayed chronologically as submitted. You are solely responsible for independently verifying any contractor's qualifications, licensing, insurance, and references before hiring. Woogoro is not liable for any loss, damage, or dissatisfaction arising from your decision to hire a contractor based on a user recommendation.

This Service supports the Consumer Review Fairness Act (15 U.S.C. § 45b): we will never restrict your right to honestly review any contractor, shop, or service provider, nor penalize you for doing so.

9. Quote and Document Privacy

Uploaded quotes, medical bills, and EOBs are processed in your browser or through our secure servers. We extract pricing data, scope items, CPT codes, contractor or shop information, and vehicle details (year, make, model) to provide analysis and improve our models. Medical billing data is handled with the same privacy protections as all other uploaded documents. We do not sell your uploaded documents or share them with contractors or repair shops. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

11. Embeddable Widget

The Woogoro widget may be embedded on third-party websites free of charge. By embedding the widget, you agree not to modify its functionality, remove attribution, or use it in a misleading context. Widget embedders agree to indemnify Woogoro against any claims arising from their use of the widget on their site. Woogoro may update, modify, or discontinue the widget at any time without notice.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, algorithms, pricing models, and branding on Woogoro (including the Iris mascot) are the property of Woogoro. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our tools, pricing data, or content without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use such as sharing your own analysis results. The Woogoro name, logo, and mascot are trademarks of Woogoro.

13. AI-Generated Content

Woogoro uses artificial intelligence (including large language models) to analyze uploaded documents, extract data, generate estimates, verdicts, and recommendations. AI-generated analysis may contain errors, misinterpretations, or inaccuracies. Woogoro does not guarantee the accuracy of any AI-generated output. You are responsible for verifying all information before acting on it.

Woogoro does not use your uploaded documents to train AI models. Documents are processed for analysis only and the original files are not retained. After analysis, Woogoro stores anonymized, aggregate pricing data (such as total cost, service type, region, and procedure codes) to improve pricing benchmarks. This data contains no personally identifiable information and cannot be traced back to any individual user or document.

If you are a resident of a state with an automated-decision-making opt-out (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, California, or Texas), you have the right to opt out of fully automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you. Contact privacy@woogoro.com to exercise this right. Our estimates and verdicts are informational only; they do not produce legally significant effects without human action by you.

14. Affiliate and Advertising Disclosures

Woogoro may earn compensation from affiliate partnerships when users click certain outbound links or complete specified actions. Affiliate relationships do not influence our pricing estimates, analysis algorithms, or editorial content. We never accept payment from contractors or shops to change their scores, suppress negative reviews, or improve their placement. Where affiliate compensation may apply to a particular link, we disclose it on or near that link consistent with FTC guidance (16 C.F.R. Part 255).

Woogoro LLC is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate, Woogoro LLC earns from qualifying purchases. Your purchase price is not affected by our participation in the program.

15. DMCA Copyright Policy

Woogoro respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content on the Service infringes your copyright, please send a notice to our designated agent under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act that includes: (a) your physical or electronic signature, (b) identification of the copyrighted work, (c) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location, (d) your contact information, (e) a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized, and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.

Send DMCA notices to: dmca@woogoro.com. We will respond to valid notices and, where appropriate, remove infringing material. Repeat infringers will be banned from the Service.

16. Third-Party Services

Woogoro may link to or integrate with third-party services including affiliate partners, mapping providers, AI services, and payment processors. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE. We make no representation that estimates, verdicts, calibrated averages, BLS-derived labor rates, parts pricing, contractor data, or any other information on the Service is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for any purpose. You acknowledge that pricing varies by region, contractor, market conditions, vehicle condition, scope, and many other factors we cannot account for.

18. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WOOGORO AND ITS OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: inaccurate or outdated estimates, contractor or repair shop disputes, medical billing disputes, legal fee disputes, lost savings, lost profits, lost opportunities, financial losses, property damage, vehicle damage, adverse health outcomes, scams or fraud committed by third-party contractors or movers, or decisions made in reliance on any information provided by the Service. This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if Woogoro has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

IN NO EVENT SHALL WOOGORO'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

You agree that you bear sole responsibility for verifying any information from the Service before making financial, contractual, medical, legal, or other decisions. You will obtain multiple competing quotes from licensed professionals and conduct your own due diligence before hiring any contractor, repair shop, mover, attorney, healthcare provider, or other service provider.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Woogoro, its operators, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your submitted content, (c) your violation of these Terms, (d) your violation of any applicable law, or (e) your violation of any third party's rights.

20. Pre-Dispute Notice Requirement

Before filing any claim against Woogoro (whether in arbitration, small claims, or court), you must first send a written notice to hello@woogoro.com describing: (a) the nature of the dispute, (b) the specific relief you seek, and (c) your contact information. You agree to allow Woogoro 60 days from receipt of this notice to attempt informal resolution before pursuing formal action. This notice requirement is a condition precedent to any claim.

21. Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY -- this section affects your legal rights, including your right to a jury trial and to bring or participate in a class action.

Binding Arbitration. Any dispute, claim, or controversy between you and Woogoro (other than those excluded below) arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively by binding individual arbitration, not in court, administered by JAMS under the JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules in effect at the time. The arbitrator, not any court, has exclusive authority to resolve disputes relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of this arbitration agreement.

Location and conduct. Arbitration shall be conducted in South Carolina or, at your request, in your state of residence. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver. YOU AND WOOGORO EACH AGREE THAT ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN YOUR OR OUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. You and Woogoro each waive any right to a jury trial.

Exclusions. This arbitration requirement does not apply to: (a) claims that qualify for small claims court in the county of your residence, so long as the matter stays in that court and on an individual basis; (b) claims for injunctive or equitable relief to protect intellectual property; or (c) claims that cannot be arbitrated as a matter of law.

30-Day Opt-Out. You may opt out of this arbitration provision by sending a written notice to hello@woogoro.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. The notice must include your full legal name, email address, and a clear statement that you are opting out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other provision of these Terms.

Severability of this Section. If the class action waiver in this Section 21 is found unenforceable as to any particular claim, that claim (and only that claim) must be severed from arbitration and litigated in the courts identified in Section 22; all other claims remain in arbitration. If any other portion of this Section 21 is found unenforceable, the remainder shall be enforced.

22. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Except for disputes subject to arbitration under Section 21, any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in York County, South Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

23. Electronic Communications and Consent

By using the Service, you consent to receive communications from Woogoro in electronic form (including by email, on-site notices, or other electronic means). You agree that all notices, disclosures, agreements, and other communications that Woogoro provides to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing, including as permitted by the federal E-SIGN Act (15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq.) and the South Carolina Uniform Electronic Transactions Act.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent changes. For material changes (such as changes to Section 21 Arbitration, Section 18 Liability, or your privacy rights), we will provide reasonable notice through the Service or by email (if you have provided one) at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to a change, you must stop using the Service before the change takes effect.

25. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

26. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Woogoro regarding the Service and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or proposals (oral, written, or electronic).

27. Force Majeure

Woogoro shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, labor disputes, pandemics, internet or power outages, cyberattacks, or third-party service failures.

28. No Waiver

The failure of Woogoro to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Woogoro.

29. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights under them without our prior written consent. Woogoro may assign these Terms (including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets) without restriction. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section is void.

30. Contact

Questions about these Terms? Email hello@woogoro.com. For privacy questions, email privacy@woogoro.com. For copyright notices, email dmca@woogoro.com.

31. Pro Reports

What it is. A Pro Report is an optional paid expansion of the Service's free analysis. For a one-time payment of nineteen U.S. dollars (US$19.00), you receive thirty (30) days of "Pro" access to all twenty Woogoro verticals (home services, auto repair, medical bill analysis, and legal fee analysis). During the thirty-day window you may run as many Pro analyses as you wish, on any vertical, without additional charge. Pro is not a subscription. There is no automatic renewal, no recurring billing, and no stored payment credentials.

What Pro adds (additive only). Pro analyses include the same free analysis output, plus: per-quote red-flag analysis with evidence drawn from your specific document; a tailored list of five to ten questions to ask the contractor, repair shop, attorney, or medical provider, generated from missing or ambiguous scope items; a suggested negotiation script with specific wording; brand- or tier-level deep dives where applicable to the vertical; a hyper-local benchmark comparing your quote against your zip code's recent submissions; warranty fine-print interpretation; and where applicable, federal, state, and utility rebate worksheets. Pro never replaces or removes anything that is free. The free analysis answers "is this fair" on its own; Pro is for going deeper.

Same disclaimers apply. Pro Reports are subject to all disclaimers, methodology limits, and not-professional-advice provisions of these Terms, including without limitation Sections 3 (Estimates Are Not Guarantees), 4 (Methodology), 5 (Data Sources, Recency, and Limitations), 6 (Not Professional Advice), 13 (AI-Generated Content), 17 (Disclaimer of Warranties), and 18 (Limitation of Liability). Pro Reports are estimates and informational only. They are not appraisals, court-admissible expert opinions, binding quotes, or substitutes for licensed professional assessments. AI extraction may produce errors, miss information, or misinterpret your document. Always cross-reference Pro output against the original document and obtain at least three quotes from licensed local professionals before relying on any number for a financial, medical, or legal decision.

Refund policy. Self-service refunds are available through the Pro success page (or any analyzer page where Pro is active) under the following conditions: (a) within one (1) hour of purchase regardless of whether you have viewed Pro content (the "cooling-off window"); or (b) within seven (7) days of purchase if you have not yet viewed any Pro section in any analyzer (the "unviewed window"). Self-service refunds are processed automatically through Stripe and your Pro access is revoked at that time. Outside these two windows — that is, after one hour if you have viewed Pro content, or after seven days regardless — refunds are case-by-case at our discretion. To request a case-by-case refund, email hello@woogoro.com from any email you can receive at, including your Stripe receipt identifier and the reason for the request. We may approve, partially approve, or decline case-by-case requests in our reasonable judgment, including based on whether Pro features were used, how recently, and whether the request appears to be in good faith. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe to the original payment method within five (5) to ten (10) business days. After any refund is issued, your Pro access for the affected purchase is revoked.

Why this policy. Pro content is delivered instantly and inline within analyzer pages; once you have viewed it, the value has been transferred. The cooling-off window protects against accidental purchases and immediate change of mind; the unviewed window protects users who pay and then change their plans before using Pro. Outside those windows, the case-by-case path remains available so we can address legitimate concerns without enabling abuse. This policy supersedes any "no questions asked" or "thirty-day money-back" language that may appear in older versions of these Terms or in marketing copy on the Service.

If AI extraction fails on a paid run. Where our AI extraction fails to produce a Pro analysis on a document you upload during your Pro window (for example, the document is unreadable, password-protected, or in a format we cannot process), you may either (a) submit a different document during your remaining Pro window at no additional cost, or (b) request a refund via the case-by-case email path above. Failure-of-extraction requests are approved by default; we mention them under the case-by-case heading because the email path is how we record and track them.

Anonymous purchase. No account required. Pro purchases use an anonymous browser token (cookie or local storage) tied to the device you used at checkout. We do not require an email address or account to grant or use Pro access. If you clear your browser data or switch devices, contact hello@woogoro.com with your Stripe receipt identifier and we will restore Pro access on a reasonable basis. Sharing or selling Pro tokens is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for revocation without refund.

Payment processing. Pro purchases are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not see, store, or transmit your full payment card number, CVV, or bank account number. Stripe handles those fields under its own terms of service and privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy). We receive only the confirmation that payment succeeded plus the Stripe receipt identifier needed to support refunds. See our Privacy Policy Section 12 for the disclosure of Stripe as a sub-processor.

Pricing changes. We may change the price of new Pro purchases at any time. Pricing changes do not affect the thirty-day window of any Pro access already purchased. Where reasonably possible, we will display upcoming price changes on the Pro purchase page before they take effect.

Free analysis stays free. Anything that is part of the free analysis at the time you read these Terms remains in the free analysis. Pro adds; it never subtracts. Removing a feature from the free tier in order to push users into Pro would be a material change of these Terms and would be subject to Section 24 (Changes to These Terms).

Disputes. Disputes arising from Pro Reports are subject to Section 20 (Pre-Dispute Notice Requirement) and Section 21 (Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver) of these Terms.

32. Woogoros Rewards Program (Beta)

What it is. The Woogoros Rewards Program ("Rewards Program") is an open-beta digital rewards system through which you may earn collectible Woogoros (digital characters), Receipt Woogoros (tiered digital tokens), and Woo Cash (in-application reward credits) by submitting verified receipts and quotes through your account. While the Rewards Program is in open beta, real-money outflow (gift card redemption, cash equivalents) is gated separately behind a redemption verification step that we may enable per user at our discretion.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, a legal resident of the United States, and have a Woogoro account in good standing to participate. We may add, restrict, or remove any user from the Rewards Program at any time, with or without notice. Real-money redemption (where available) requires additional identity and tax verification through our fulfillment partner.

Woo Cash has no monetary value on its own. Woo Cash is an in-application reward credit. It is not currency, not legal tender, not a security, not a financial instrument, not a stored-value instrument, and not redeemable for cash, check, wire transfer, or any other money-transmitter equivalent. Woo Cash exists only inside the Service. Its only use is to redeem items from our published rewards catalog as it exists at the time of redemption. We may change the catalog, prices in Woo Cash, available items, and shipping terms at any time without notice.

Receipt Woogoros are deterministic. When you submit a verified receipt, our automated verifier assigns a tier (bronze, silver, gold, or platinum) based on the receipt amount and verification confidence. There is no random draw, no spin, no loot box, and no chance-based mechanic. The tier is a deterministic function of the inputs you supply. The Rewards Program is not a sweepstakes, lottery, or game of chance.

Cash-in is permanent. When you choose to "cash in" a Receipt Woogoro, the Receipt Woogoro is consumed and the locked Woo Cash amount is added to your spendable balance. This action is irreversible. You cannot recover or restore a cashed-in Receipt Woogoro, and Woo Cash spent on a redemption cannot be returned to the Receipt Woogoro form. We will not reverse cash-in actions for buyer's remorse, accidental clicks, or change of mind.

Redemption. Woo Cash may be redeemed only for items shown in the active rewards catalog at the time of your redemption. During the open beta, the catalog consists of merchandise items fulfilled by us or our print-on-demand vendors. Other reward types (including but not limited to digital gift cards) may be added in the future, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements; their availability is not guaranteed. Shipping is currently available only to addresses within the United States. Estimated shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.

Caps and limits. The Rewards Program enforces weekly caps on verified submissions per user (currently five quotes and fifteen receipts per rolling seven-day window; subject to change). Submissions that exceed your weekly cap may be rejected without earning rewards. We may impose additional limits, holds, or reviews on any submission, account, or redemption at our discretion, particularly where we identify or suspect fraud, abuse, duplicate submissions, manipulated images, or activity inconsistent with these Terms.

No transfer, no resale. Woogoros, Receipt Woogoros, Woo Cash, redemption credits, and earned items are personal to your account. They are not transferable, assignable, sellable, gift-able to other accounts, exchangeable for cash or for any other Woogoro account's balance, and not heritable. You may not sell, auction, or list any Rewards Program asset on any secondary marketplace, exchange, or peer-to-peer platform. Any attempted transfer is void.

Inactivity and expiration. Woo Cash and Receipt Woogoros associated with an account that has been inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months may be forfeited at our discretion, after a reasonable inactivity notice to the email associated with the account where one is on file.

Tax responsibility. You are solely responsible for any taxes that may apply to redemptions you receive. Where the cumulative fair market value of redemptions to a single account in a calendar year reaches reporting thresholds set by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service or equivalent state authorities, we may be required to collect a Form W-9 from you and issue a Form 1099-K (or similar) reflecting the value of redemptions for that year. Failure to provide a valid W-9 within a reasonable time of request may result in suspension of redemption activity for the affected account.

Beta status; right to modify or terminate. The Rewards Program is currently in open beta. We may pause, modify, restrict, or terminate the Rewards Program in whole or in part, at any time, for any reason, without notice. Where reasonably possible, we will give existing balance-holders at least thirty (30) days notice before terminating the Rewards Program in its entirety, during which time existing Woo Cash balances may be redeemed against the catalog as it exists at that time. Any unredeemed Woo Cash and uncashed Receipt Woogoros at the end of any wind-down notice period will be forfeited.

No money-transmitter activity. We do not custody fiat currency on your behalf, do not transmit money on your behalf, and do not exchange Woo Cash for any third party's currency, points, or cryptocurrency. Where redemption involves a third-party fulfillment partner (such as a print-on-demand vendor or, in the future, a gift card aggregator), that third party is responsible for delivering the redeemed item under its own terms, and Woogoro acts solely as the operator of the rewards catalog.

Disputes. Disputes arising from the Rewards Program are subject to Section 20 (Pre-Dispute Notice) and Section 21 (Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver) of these Terms.

33. Woogoro Accounts

An account is optional. The pricing estimators, quote analyzers, comparison tools, and all editorial content on woogoro.com are usable without creating an account or providing an email address. An account is required only to participate in the Woogoros Rewards Program described in Section 32 (submitting verified receipts, viewing your collection in the burrow, or redeeming Woo Cash from the catalog).

Sign-in by email magic link. Woogoro accounts use passwordless authentication. When you sign in, we email a one-time link to the address associated with the account; clicking the link grants a session on the device that requested it. We do not store passwords for the Service. You are responsible for keeping access to the email address on your account; whoever can receive email at that address can sign in. If you lose access to your account email, contact hello@woogoro.com and we will recover the account where we can reasonably verify ownership.

One account per person. Each natural person may maintain only one Woogoro account at a time. Creating multiple accounts to bypass weekly submission caps, claim duplicate rewards, or otherwise exploit the Rewards Program is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for forfeiture of all balances and termination of the offending accounts.

Account responsibilities. You agree to (a) provide accurate information when creating or updating your account, (b) keep the account email secure and up to date, (c) not share your account or session with any other person, and (d) promptly notify us at hello@woogoro.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Termination by you. You may delete your Woogoro account at any time by emailing privacy@woogoro.com from the account email or by using the in-application delete control where available. Deletion is final and processed within 30 days. Uncashed Receipt Woogoros and unredeemed Woo Cash are forfeited at deletion, consistent with the “No transfer, no resale” provision of Section 32. Anonymized aggregate pricing data derived from your submissions (which cannot be tied back to you) may be retained.

Termination by Woogoro. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, where we identify or reasonably suspect: violation of these Terms (including fabricated receipts or quotes, manipulated images, multi-account abuse, or fraud); threats, harassment, or abuse directed at Woogoro staff or other users; activity that creates legal or financial risk to Woogoro; failure to provide a tax form when one is required under Section 32; or extended account inactivity (Section 32 inactivity rules). Where the issue is recoverable and lawful, we will give a reasonable opportunity to cure before termination. Termination by Woogoro for cause forfeits all balances, Receipt Woogoros, and Woogoros in your collection.

No proprietary right in account assets. Woogoros, Receipt Woogoros, Woo Cash, and any other in-application items associated with your account are licenses to use within the Service, not property you own. Woogoro retains all right, title, and interest in the Service, the Rewards Program, and the digital items themselves. You have no right to compensation for items, balances, or accounts that are forfeited, terminated, modified, or rendered inaccessible under these Terms.

Survival. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, and the indemnification, limitation of liability, arbitration, and governing-law provisions) shall survive termination of your account.

34. State-Specific Disclosures

The following disclosures apply to residents of the listed states and supplement the rest of these Terms.
