Our Commitment

Woogoro is committed to ensuring that our website and tools are accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We believe consumer advocacy tools should work for everyone.

Standard We Follow

We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines cover a range of recommendations for making web content more accessible to people with disabilities including visual, auditory, motor, cognitive, and neurological differences.

What We Are Doing

Our ongoing accessibility work includes:

• Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy
• Alternative text for informational images
• Keyboard navigation support for interactive elements
• Sufficient color contrast for text and UI controls
• Labels and instructions for form fields
• Responsive layouts that work at screen zoom levels up to 200%
• Ongoing auditing with automated and manual accessibility testing tools

Known Limitations

Woogoro is a small, actively-developed consumer tool. We continue to identify and remediate accessibility barriers. Current known areas where we are improving conformance:

• Some interactive data visualizations may not be fully accessible to screen readers; we are working on text-based alternatives
• File upload and image analysis tools rely on browser capabilities that may vary in accessibility
• PDF downloads generated by our analyzer may not be fully tagged for screen readers in all cases

How to Report a Barrier

If you experience any difficulty accessing content on Woogoro, please contact us:

• The URL of the page where you encountered the barrier
• A description of the problem
• Your contact information so we can follow up
• The assistive technology (if any) you were using

We aim to acknowledge your report within 3 business days and to implement a fix or workaround within 30 days for remediable issues.

Third-Party Content

Some content on Woogoro is provided through third-party services (including mapping tools, AI analysis APIs, and analytics). We have limited control over the accessibility of third-party content but will work with users to find accessible alternatives where possible.

Ongoing Improvement

We review this Accessibility Statement periodically and update it to reflect our current accessibility status and ongoing work. We welcome feedback from the community to help us improve.
